Warranty Policy

These Warranty Terms and Conditions (“Warranty”) are applicable to all products sold by MMAK & Mak Cellphones Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Seller” “Brand”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”) and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage

The product comes with a warranty of six (6) months from the date of delivery of the product for the Manufacturing defects.

*Limited To the Products Covered In Warranty.

Warranty Claims

The customer must register the warranty within 7 days of delivery by Scanning the Barcode on the Warranty Card Which is provided with the Product. If the warranty is not registered within 7 days, the product will not be covered under warranty in future, seller reserves right to decline such warranty claim requests.

Warranty Claims II

To claim warranty service, the Customer must contact the Seller’s customer service department (through WhatsApp Only) and provide proof of purchase. The Customer may be required to provide additional information such as address, E-mail, Mobile no., Bill Invoice, etc. or documentation & detailed description of the problem to support the warranty claim. Replacement shall only be offered after approval from the concerned team.

Pickup & Replacement Service:

  • The customer needs to courier the charger to seller’s warehouse, and the customer needs to handle all the risks incurred & shipping fees incurred while self-couriering the defective charger to seller’s warehouse.
  • In case of warranty claim, the replacement shall be dispatched only after defective charger is received by seller. The customer does not have to pay any Replacement charges. Customer need not to pay any delivery charges for the replacement product, which is to be sent by Seller. The Replacement and the Delivery to the customer is Totally Free and are to be Borne by the seller.


If our products are purchased from any other platform such as amazon, flipkart. than it is advisable to the customers to connect with the platform directly once, but if you are not satisfied there then you can contact us on +91 7827617134. We provide only repair/replacement service in such case if the product is under warranty.

Only claims made through our WhatsApp Customer Support will be entertained.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the chargers, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Incompatibility, slow charging, or any other issues caused by external factors such as inefficient data cable, voltage fluctuation, software issues are not covered under warranty.

Chargers that have been tampered with, repaired, or modified by anyone other than MMAK & Mak Cellphones Pvt Ltd are not covered under warranty.

Charger provided to customer in replacement during warranty period will not be covered in the warranty.

Products will not be replaced if physical damage or defect is not notified to seller’s customer care within 48 hours of delivery by the customer.

Products will not be replaced if any issue arises due to an electrical surge/fluctuation, or any damage caused at the user’s end.

Products will not be replaced If product returned by customer does not reaches our warehouse due to improper packaging or any other reason by the customer while handing over item to be returned to courier company.

Products will not be replaced if wrong item is returned by the customer during warranty claim.

Warranty for sent replacement shall be cancelled in case if the customer claims it as “not working” & returns. But later during Quality check of returned charger at our warehouse, it is found to be working.

Warranty & Replacement shall be cancelled if returned charger is found to be working during quality check at our warehouse.

This Warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by environmental factors.

In case of non-cooperation or misbehaviour by the customer during the process of warranty claim, Seller’s customer service team reserves the right to refuse to offer service in such cases.

Warranty for sent replacement shall be cancelled in case if the customer claims it as “not working” & returns. But later during Quality check of returned charger at Seller’s warehouse, it is found to be working.

Only the charger is covered in the warranty, not the other accessories owned by the customer. Seller shall not be responsible, If any of the accessories get damaged or turn non-functional due to incompatibility with the charger. Seller reserves right to decline any such requests made to seek compensation for the same.

Warranty shall be deemed invalid in case if the customer misbehaves with the seller/brand or its representatives, either verbally or physically, or threatens to do so.

Warranty shall be deemed invalid in case if the customer posts false or misleading ratings/reviews about the product or the seller/brand, with the intention of harming their reputation or business.

Warranty shall be deemed invalid in case if the customer makes false or fraudulent warranty claims, such as claiming that the charger is not working even if it is working, or that the product was damaged during delivery when it was not.

Warranty shall be deemed invalid in case if the customer threatens customer support executives to harm them or brand in any way for whatsoever reason.

Limitation of Liability

Seller’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the charger, at their option. Seller’s obligation shall be limited to repair or providing a replacement with a maximum claim/s limited to the purchase price.

Defects due to causes beyond our control, like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or while in transit to a service centre will not be covered.

In case product couriered by the customer does not reaches seller warehouse, seller holds no responsibility.

Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Warranty shall be resolved in accordance with laws of India.

Amendments to terms

The Seller reserves the right to modify this Warranty at any time, without notice to the Customer.

It is customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically by contacting customer support.

Any such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller’s website.

Your continued use of the services provided such as customer support, following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service.


If any provision of this Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.


The product comes with a warranty only, and no refund shall be made in any condition.

By purchasing the products from the Seller through any Marketplace or our website, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read and understood this Warranty and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
